The Karma Audit is a digital entertainment product that generates personalized past-life readings based on user-submitted photos. All verdicts, readings, and results are generated for entertainment purposes only and should not be interpreted as factual historical claims, spiritual guidance, or professional advice.

3. USER ACCOUNTS AND SUBMISSIONS

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, including your email address and uploaded photos. You agree to only upload photos you have the right to use. You must not upload photos of minors, offensive content, or images you do not have permission to use.

4. FREE AND PAID TIERS

The Karma Audit offers a limited free tier (3 scans) and a paid membership tier (Enlightened Ones). Free-tier results are delivered via email. Paid-tier members receive expanded features including on-screen delivery and unlimited scans.

5. PAYMENT AND BILLING

Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. You may cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact [email protected] for assistance.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, design, code, and branding associated with The Karma Audit are the property of the service operator. You may share your personal results but may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the service without written permission.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Karma Audit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service. Results are generated for entertainment and are not factual representations.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators of The Karma Audit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to The Karma Audit at any time, for any reason, including violation of these terms or misuse of the service.
